We are looking for a digital-savvy Community Manager Intern to take control of our online and offline voice and build brand awareness and loyalty. The Community Manager Intern will be responsible for aligning all company communications, PR, social media, and marketing content to create a strong brand identity. You will also be in charge in building our community in Nicosia and developing a great place to work by implementing our vision and believes. You will be in charge of organising team events, team perks and in creating a strong family oriented team. This will be combined with office management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep passion of connecting people, team work, managing teams, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strategic thinker. You must have an outgoing personality as in-person networking will also be part of the job.
This internship is unpaid, but the expenses related to the company are paid, such as the travel and accommodation expenses when traveling in Europe to events and conferences etc.
There is a possibility for a full time paid job after the internship and the possibility to be one of the first employees and be part of the founding team.
