Introducing one of the six selected startups for CyprusInno's inaugural Bi-Communal Startup Mentorship Programme, Bi-Communal Web TV!
Bi-Communal Web TV is a project that proposes a station that would offer unbiased, professionally researched, independent programmes, consisting of interviews and documentaries mainly on relations between the two communities and the Cyprus problem, but also other issues. The idea is to provide a source of communication between the two communities with the aim of combating racism and prejudice among Cypriots and as an alternative to the existing biased coverage against cooperation and federation.
The Bi-Communal Web TV team is being mentored by Legal and Business Development Professional Günperi Şişman. The team consists of writer Maria Christofides, TV reporter and documentary maker Costas Yennaris, and journalist Esra Aygin.
