13th Real Estate Conference
May 22 @ 08:30 - 15:00 EEST€150
Over the last decade, the Cyprus economy has been on a “healing curve” trying to restore optimism and faith in business following the aftermath of the financial crises experienced. On the back of recent positive developments in the local economy, we have witnessed a renewed confidence in the local property sector as evidenced by the increased activity levels in the industry. The island’s geography and topography, alongside recent government schemes encouraging foreign direct investments, the banks’ handling of non-performing assets and the increased availability of financing at a relatively low cost have stimulated interest from foreign buyers which has been a driving force for the local real estate market, while also establishing Cyprus as an attractive investment regional hub.
