Furthermore, the Industry Solution Executive will utilize their established industry knowledge, experience and expertise to identify and generate sales of Microsoft solutions. As a seasoned and senior individual the ISE will add further credibility to Microsoft’s deep understanding of industry issues, context, and challenges.

Impact Of The ISE

  • A leader in solution business planning and development.
  • Engage in business discussions to better understand client needs.
  • Work with account teams to increase the sales of Microsoft solutions based on an understanding of industry imperatives.
  • Deliver an industry aligned solution sales plan with the local subsidiaries.
  • Lead solution sales execution.
  • Contribute to the account teams’ strategic account plan (SAP).
  • Form an industry virtual team and drive industry specific education internally.
  • Create and maintain a list of solution providers specific to their industry.

Experiences Required: key experiences, skills and knowledge:

  • 10+ years of industry experience. Either:
  • Solution sales.
  • Consultancy.
  • Working in the industry.
  • Business development skills.
  • Market development skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High impact and influence.
  • Proven leader.
  • Proven Team player.
